Largemouth Bass Seminar – 05/03/2018
The first from a series of seminars organized by the Cyprus Freshwater Angling Association was presented at our sponsor’s Presse Café venue on Monday, March 5th, 2018, titled: Largemouth Bass – The Natural History, and Competitive Fishing Preparation. The seminar was very successful, attracting many of bass anglers, and received very positive comments from the participants. During the first part of the seminar, the Natural History of Largemouth Bass was presented, with an emphasis on aspects that are important for bass anglers. The second part of the seminar dealt with the preparation techniques for anglers wanting to participate in competitive bass fishing in general, and in the Moondog’s Cyprus Bass Tournament 2018 in particular. In addition, several aspects of psychology that are important for competitive anglers were also discussed. The seminar (which with the associated discussion lasted for more than three hours), was presented by the CFAA Vice-President Rolandos Constantinides, who is also a biologist. The CFAA would like to thank all the participants, who helped in making this seminar so exciting. Also, the association would like to stress that it is committed to continue these seminars so as to offer all its members the chance to learn and share their knowledge.
